Overview
We are looking for an Operations Associate to help run and continuously improve the systems and processes that keep our business moving. You will partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, People, and Leadership) to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve the day-to-day experience for internal teams and customers.
This is a hands-on role: you will execute core operational activities while identifying bottlenecks and implementing pragmatic improvements.
Key responsibilities
Own and execute key operational processes end-to-end across the organization.
Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, templates, and workflows to reduce friction and increase consistency.
Track operational KPIs (cycle time, SLA adherence, backlog, error rates), identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Support tooling and systems: maintain data quality in CRM/ERP/helpdesk tools; propose automations and integrations.
Manage operational projects (process rollouts, tool migrations, compliance improvements, reporting packs) with clear timelines and stakeholders.
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams—triaging requests, prioritizing intelligently, and communicating progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Office Operations, Supply/Logistics Ops, Customer Ops, or a similar role.
Strong process mindset: you enjoy turning ambiguity into structured workflows and repeatable playbooks.
Operational rigor: organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive or time-critical work.
Analytical comfort: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communcation; able to coordinate across teams and follow up effectively.
Proactive, ownership-driven attitude: you identify problems before they escalate and propose solutions.
Experience in a high-growth environment (startup/scale-up), shared services, or complex multi-stakeholder operations.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Zendesk/Intercom, Notion/Confluence, Linear, Zapier/Make.
Strong ability to leverage AI tools
