Overview

We are looking for an Operations Associate to help run and continuously improve the systems and processes that keep our business moving. You will partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, People, and Leadership) to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve the day-to-day experience for internal teams and customers.

This is a hands-on role: you will execute core operational activities while identifying bottlenecks and implementing pragmatic improvements.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and execute key operational processes end-to-end across the organization.

  • Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, templates, and workflows to reduce friction and increase consistency.

  • Track operational KPIs (cycle time, SLA adherence, backlog, error rates), identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.

  • Support tooling and systems: maintain data quality in CRM/ERP/helpdesk tools; propose automations and integrations.

  • Manage operational projects (process rollouts, tool migrations, compliance improvements, reporting packs) with clear timelines and stakeholders.

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams—triaging requests, prioritizing intelligently, and communicating progress.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Office Operations, Supply/Logistics Ops, Customer Ops, or a similar role.

Skills
  • Strong process mindset: you enjoy turning ambiguity into structured workflows and repeatable playbooks.

  • Operational rigor: organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive or time-critical work.

  • Analytical comfort: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communcation; able to coordinate across teams and follow up effectively.

  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude: you identify problems before they escalate and propose solutions.

Nice to have
  • Experience in a high-growth environment (startup/scale-up), shared services, or complex multi-stakeholder operations.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Zendesk/Intercom, Notion/Confluence, Linear, Zapier/Make.

  • Strong ability to leverage AI tools
