About The Role

We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our Singapore Operations team — the heartbeat of our device lifecycle. In DaaS, the speed and accuracy of physical operations is not overhead. It is the product. You are the physical engine of Cinch. Every device we send out, get back, and send out again passes through your hands. You don’t sit behind a screen waiting for reports — you own the floor, own the flow, and own the outcome. This is not a support role. It is a craft. You will own core warehouse workflows end-to-end: from dispatching pristine devices to subscribers, to receiving and assessing returns. You will work directly with a lean, senior ops team and cross-functional partners across CX, finance, and logistics. This role is built for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Own

Daily Fulfilment — The Front Line

• Run dispatch and returns workflows from start to finish — no handoffs, no ambiguity
• Pick, pack, kit, and receive with accuracy that makes our SLAs look easy
• Process orders reliably enough that our CX team stops worrying about fulfilment
• Own a clean, organised warehouse floor where every SKU has a home

Inbound & Outbound Logistics — The Handshake

• Receive inbound goods with precision — POs, delivery notes, and quantities all verified
• Liaise with logistics partners to keep pick-ups on time
• Match manifests to parcels before anything leaves the building

Inventory & Stock — The Ground Truth

• Track stock movements in real time and flag discrepancies before they become problems
• Execute regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Surface daily and weekly performance data that the ops team can actually act on

Device Handling & Quality — The Standard

• Inspect every outbound device for quality and rent-readiness
• Assess every inbound return and route it correctly: refurb, repair, or escalate
• You are the first and last line of defence on physical quality — act like it

CX & Stakeholder Coordination — The Glue

• Work directly with CX to resolve delivery escalations, order changes, and returns edge-cases
• Communicate fulfilment exceptions clearly and early — surprises cost everyone time

We’d Love To Chat If You Have

• 1–3 years in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations; fresh graduates with strong internship or part-time experience in operations are encouraged to apply
• Experience in a role that required sustained attention to detail and physical engagement with stock and inventory
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment as a core part of your day — this is a floor-based role and you take pride in that
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory tools
• A clear, direct communication and a collaborative approach
