About The Opportunity
MoonPay is seeking an Operating Partner, to support the CEO and senior leadership on high-impact initiatives critical to our mission of building the world’s gateway to web3. The CEO office will be the right hand of the MoonPay CEO and generalist problem solvers: owning projects end-to-end, working directly with our executive team to deliver tangible business value, and create scalable processes/products to fuel our global growth. This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role for an operator who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving hard problems, and wants to drive measurable impact across multiple parts of the business. Please note that this role will require a significant amount of global travel to work alongside our distributed teams and partners.
What You Will Do
- Leading key cross-functional initiatives in partnership with the CEO and senior leadership
- Deputise for the CEO in key meeting with stakeholders and investors
- Identifying and executing new growth and revenue opportunities in MoonPay’s ecosystem
- Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company’s rapid growth
- Partnering closely with MoonPay’s investors on key strategic initiatives and reporting
- Analysing complex business problems, developing recommendations, and driving implementation
- Rolling up your sleeves to fill operational gaps where needed, ensuring MoonPay scales effectively
About You
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- A track record of outstanding achievement across academics, professional, or entrepreneurial experiences
- 5+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, private equity, strategy consultancy, or a fast-growing technology company
- A strong analytical toolkit paired with operational execution ability
- Experience working abroad or in globally distributed environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams, including investors and board stakeholders
- A bias toward action and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Flexibility to travel frequently as required to support business and CEO priorities
- A masterful communicator, who can translate executive vision for various audiences
