岗位职责：

以C2C/P2P业务（中文市场）增长和市场份额第一为目标，设计和制定符合业务发展的运营策略，并推进落地执行；
搭建商家质量管理体系，根据不同特性建立分层级精细化运营机制及策略，做好商家管理工作；
建立有效监控手段，识别作恶商家欺诈patten，持续进行业务风控体系建设，驱动产品风控系统升
负责公司核心业务风控体系搭建，在合理控制风险的前提下推动业务发展
深入挖掘商家需求和痛点，能密切衔接产品，推动产品功能上线，打造产品易用性和用户体验；
对数据保持敏感性，能够快速了解行业乃至P2P市场动态，并持续输出分析报告和对应打法，为产品升级及业务方向提供指导性意见

任职要求：

至少7年以上工作经验，因业务需要，中文听说读写要非常流利；
具备互联网/金融/区块链/数字货币公司相关行业从业经验，有丰富的运营管理经验者优先考虑，social型人才优先；
保持饥饿感，优秀的行业敏感度，深入业务一线，主动性强，有想法有动力且可落实；
逻辑思维能力强，具备很强的策略思考、分析和问题解决能力，且沟通协调能力和执行力强
