Our Tbilisi office is growing, so we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and help us create a comfortable and organized workspace. If you enjoy maintaining order, planning, and organizing events, we’d love to hear from you.
Office operations: support day-to-day office life and maintenance.
Employee support: handle onboarding and assist team members with office-related queries.
Procurement: manage office purchases and supplies.
Vendor management: coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
Events: organize corporate events and team activities.
Benefits: work on improving company benefits and perks.
Projects: participate in various internal projects.
Experience: background in office management or a related operational field.
Efficiency: ability to handle diverse tasks quickly and take reasonable initiative.
Tech-savvy: proficient PC user.
Languages: Fluent Russian and conversational Georgian.
Will be a plus
English level: B1.
Experience opening new offices from scratch.
Strong background in event management.
