Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Aarhus, Denmark

As the Office Coordinator in our Aarhus office, you’ll focus on ensuring our day-to-day office needs are met, while creating a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience for every person that walks through our doors.

You’ll provide hands-on support to foster our existing local and global communities, through celebrating moments that matter, enabling in-person team gatherings, collaborating with our cross-functional partners, and ensuring our office runs smoothly and intentionally.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Oversee day-to-day office maintenance and operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment

  • Responsible for all office logistics, vendors, and supplies, building relationships with building staff regarding office operations, including repairs, maintenance, vendors, visitors, and others

  • Welcoming Guests, Company employees, Job candidates, etc. to the office

  • Plan and execute internal events, team-related activities, get-togethers, and celebrations to foster a positive company culture & experience

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, including EA’s, Business Technology, Security, and Accounting, to ensure smooth office operations

  • Manage employee inquiries and requests via Jira management system

  • Manage our Aarhus office budget in alignment with team goals and annual planning

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.

  • Ability to quickly solve problems and make decisions to facilitate smooth office operations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts.

  • Fluency in Danish and English

  • Must have experience with or be willing to serve as a workplace safety representative under the Danish Work Environment Act (Arbejdsmiljøloven), ensuring compliance with Arbejdstilsynet regulations.

  • Interest in human resources, organizational psychology, or business administration

Nice to have experience:

  • Experience with office automation tools, including Jira, Google Documents & Slack
