We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and highly organized Office Administrator & HR Operations Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our company culture- ensuring the office runs seamlessly, supporting employee well-being, and helping us build a vibrant, engaging work environment.

This is a temporary position (maternity leave cover) for approximately 6 months.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
  • Oversee logistics such as maintenance, supplies, repairs, and catering.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors (cleaning crew, parking, office supplies, catering, etc.).
  • Drive company culture by organizing events, happy hours, fun days, holiday gifts, and more.
  • Partner with the finance team to support procurement, vendor payments, expense tracking, and attendance reporting.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Office Manager/Administrator in a hi-tech environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a can-do, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and high-level English (spoken and written).
