About the Role
Rain is looking for a Network Readiness Analyst to support the operational side of how clients and partners go live on Rain’s card network. This is a junior role built for someone who thinks in systems, thrives on structure, and wants to grow inside one of the most active fintech infrastructure companies operating globally today.
You will work closely with Sales, Platform, and partner-facing teams to ensure clients are ready to transact on Rain’s network, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement of the processes that make that happen. This role is a strong fit for a recent Industrial Engineering graduate who wants to apply process and operations thinking in a fast-moving payments environment.
What You Will Do
Network Readiness and Client Go-Live Support
Coordinate the operational steps required to bring new clients live on Rain’s card network, working alongside Sales and Platform teams.
Track readiness milestones across multiple clients simultaneously, flagging risks and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Maintain clear documentation of go-live requirements, configurations, and status across active engagements.
Communicate progress and next steps to internal teams in an organized and timely manner.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency
Map current workflows related to network onboarding and identify opportunities to reduce time, effort, and error.
Build and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and tracking tools for recurring operational tasks.
Apply Industrial Engineering methods such as process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization to real operational challenges.
Propose and test improvements that scale as Rain’s network and client base grows.
Network Operations Support
Assist in day-to-day network operations, including data gathering, internal reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Help identify recurring issues across client activations that point to systemic gaps in the network readiness process.
Support the card network team with operational tasks tied to BIN management, program configurations, and network requirements as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience).
Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with practical knowledge of workflow design and operations.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several workstreams at once.
Clear communicator, comfortable working across technical and business-facing teams.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
Interest in card networks, payments infrastructure, or fintech operations is a strong plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
