THE WORK:
We’re looking for a collaborative, driven, and diligent Network and Strategic Partner Onboarding Specialist. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will coordinate documentation logistics and provide ongoing Due Diligence/KYC support for our financial institutional partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of institutional onboarding processes, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering confidential information efficiently and accurately.
Reporting into the Director of Network and Strategic Partner Onboarding, the role will be a frontline point of contact with our Network Financial Partners, Business Development team, and liaising with multiple internal key collaborators such as Compliance, Legal, and Finance, etc. to facilitate efficient onboarding onto various financial institutional partners. Communications and day-to-day interactions with a broad-based audience require excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, due to the need for high accuracy and compliance with reporting and regulatory matters, a professional with attention to detail and a high degree of process focus is required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Coordinate the update and/or remediation of DDQ/KYC for Ripple Entity profiles as a consequence of material changes
- Improve Network and Financial Institution Onboarding Group Procedures and materials to ensure the onboarding/client maintenance process is detailed, transparent, consistent, balanced, and effective
- Participate in testing and validation of data integrity in various applications such as Salesforce, Treasury Management System, and Reporting
- Ensure weekly reports and meeting agendas are generated and distributed timely
- Engage with both internal and external collaborators to support the onboarding process
- Run weekly/monthly reports and maintain reporting/documentation repositories
- Facilitate the documentation needs of the Business by coordinating notary/apostilled, translations, and wet ink/Docusign signatures with internal authorized signatories
- Coordinate ambitious deliverables, ensuring timely communication, and serve as a point of escalation for onboarding concerns
- Perform administrative tasks including scanning documents and filing requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2-3 years of relevant Institutional Onboarding experience with multinational corporations or financial institutions
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills with an ability to drive multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and diligently
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to chart new paths, and agile to changing priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust between competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Lucid Charts, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets; experience with other analytical tools preferred
- Strong teammate who champions a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through technology
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business-related field or equivalent experience
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$112,000—$140,000 USD
