We’re looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Artist with Generative AI expertise who can design and produce high-quality motion work for campaigns, presentations, events, and social-first content. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast without sacrificing taste—turning briefs into polished, premium, and performance-ready creative outputs.
Beyond traditional motion design, you’ll play a key role in AI-assisted creative exploration, rapid ideation, and AI video production. If you’ve worked in an advertising agency, that’s a major plus—this role thrives on speed, strong creative instincts, and collaboration under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce compelling motion graphics and video deliverables for campaigns, presentations, and events
- Translate briefs into motion concepts, layouts, and execution (brief → final output)
- Create motion assets across multiple formats (social, web, mobile, presentations, event screens)
- Collaborate with designers, producers, and stakeholders to align on scope, goals, and success metrics
- Make creative decisions around pacing, transitions, color, audio, and animation style
- Create storyboards or animatics when needed to align early on direction
- Edit video footage and enhance narratives with motion design
- Research trends in motion design, social formats, and AI-generated video
- Build reusable motion templates (titles, lower thirds, transitions, branded systems)
- Maintain clean workflows (file organization, naming, versioning, handoff)
- Ensure outputs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform specs
Generative AI Responsibilities:
- Produce AI-assisted outputs such as AI videos, motion variations, and rapid concept explorations
- Use GenAI tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining brand and quality standards
- Troubleshoot AI limitations through prompt iteration, references, and post-editing
- Integrate AI-generated assets into traditional pipelines (After Effects / Premiere) for final delivery
Preferred GenAI Tools (or similar):
Higgsfield, Veo, Google Flow, Kling, Runway, Pika, Sora
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist / Video Editor with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling (especially social-first)
- Excellent typography, composition, and layout skills (including kinetic typography)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly without losing quality
