Your mission
Are you ready to join a stellar team at a pivotal moment of growth? With our FCA approval now secured, Bitpanda is expanding its UK presence — and we’re looking for someone ready to shape the future of compliance in one of the most dynamic sectors.
This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity, offering a unique chance to lead during a critical phase of our UK business expansion.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Growth teams, thinking globally while acting locally to support and scale our UK operations. You’ll be instrumental in driving compliance excellence across our newly registered FCA entity and our existing Bitpanda Custody business.
Based in the UK, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across our European offices, aligning with Group Compliance and AML functions to ensure regulatory consistency and best practice.
Success in this role will require a blend of leadership, AML advisory expertise, control mindset, and strong stakeholder engagement – all within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This contract role comes with the potential to turn into a permanent position.
