Mobile Team Lead (Flutter)

As a Mobile Team Lead, you will be a key player in our mobile development team, responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of our high-performance, user-centric fintech applications. You will be a hands-on leader, guiding a team of talented Flutter developers while ensuring the code is robust, scalable, and adheres to the highest standards of quality. Your strong UI/UX skills will be crucial in translating design mockups into stunning, pixel-perfect user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Flutter developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Technical Direction: Drive the technical architecture and design of our Flutter applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to build and implement a visually appealing and intuitive user interface, ensuring a “pixel-perfect” representation of design mockups.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and enforce clean coding standards to maintain high-quality code.
• Product Delivery: Manage the full mobile application development lifecycle from concept and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Fintech and Crypto Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the fintech and crypto industry to develop secure and compliant applications, understanding concepts like data encryption, API security, blockchains, and transaction processing

Required Skills & Experience

• You should have at least 7+ years of experience in developing mobile applications, including at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Flutter framework.
• Proven experience in a team lead or senior developer role, with a track record of mentoring junior developers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX implementation and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
• Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL) and asynchronous programming.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience working in the fintech or a similarly regulated industry, with a focus on building secure and scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native platform integration (iOS and Android).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (e.g., Fastlane, Jenkins).
• Published one or more applications to the App Store or Google Play.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, integration tests).
• A strong understanding of performance optimization and debugging tools.
