🧠 About the Role

Our current goal is to expand our technical team with new developers, which is why our job posting is continuously renewed. We’re looking to hire more than one person.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at RedStone, you’ll take ownership of core components powering our oracle infrastructure — including data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines, as well as blockchain node integrations and monitoring. You’ll work primarily with Rust-based systems, contribute to protocol design, and help expand our ecosystem support with a focus on high performance and reliability.

Our stack includes: TypeScript, Go, Rust, Node.js, AWS (CloudFront, EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch), Terraform, GCP, GitHub (with Actions for CI/CD), MongoDB, InfluxDB/Grafana, Solidity/Yul. You don’t need to know all of these — familiarity with some is a plus.

✅ Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development

• Knowledge of multi-layer web architecture patterns and various network architectures

• Practical knowledge of async/event-driven frameworks for data processing

• Strong understanding of security best practices

• High attention to detail and diligence in all tasks

• Proven coding ability with a focus on writing readable and efficient software

🌟 Bonus Points

• Practical experience building distributed systems

• Background in blockchain technologies and protocols, especially within DeFi

• Hands-on experience running blockchain nodes and working with modular blockchain architecture (e.g., sidechains, rollups)

• Experience in the Solana ecosystem

• Participation in hackathons or programming competitions
