Middle Data Analyst (Product & ML)

We are looking for a Middle-level Data Analyst with a strong product mindset and experience working with ML-related analytics. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn data into insights, support experiments, build dashboards, and contribute to ML-driven initiatives. The role requires both strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze product funnels, user behavior, and key metrics to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for product and business teams.
• Formulate hypotheses, design and analyze A/B tests, and present results clearly.
• Collaborate with developers to define events, data structures, and tracking logic.
• Use ML models to support data analysis and insight generation.
• Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to support product and business decisions.
• Communicate analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in product analytics.
• Strong understanding of funnels, metrics, and user behavior.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Python at least at an intermediate level.
• Experience with columnar analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Experience working with dashboards and BI tools (Grafana, Superset, or similar).
• Applied knowledge of statistics.
• Practical experience with cluster analysis, correlation analysis, and regression.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with product and engineering teams.

  Nice to Have

• Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and feature preparation to model evaluation.
• Experience with automation or data pipelines.
