As a Member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging technology to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role places a strong emphasis on EPM and automation tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operations teams to implement scalable financial solutions and drive continuous process improvements.

Technical Skills:
- Provide subject matter expertise on EPM, automation, and financial technology enhancements.
- Define and execute an EPM roadmap including technical configuration of Pigment EPM enhancements.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement automated management reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity and consistency across financial systems.
- Identify processes to be automated through the use of AI.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools including Looker and BigQuery.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Drive continuous improvement in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by leveraging automation and technology.
- Provide real-time insights into financial performance, helping business leaders optimize strategies and align with corporate objectives.
- Analyze key financial and operational metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to enhance financial transparency and accountability.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Use deep knowledge of financial planning tools and strategies, to influencing decision-making at a high level.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other teams to integrate technology-driven FP&A solutions that align with corporate goals.
- Support the implementation of financial governance and compliance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
Communication and Influence:
- Create and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that provide actionable insights.
- Communicate financial implications of strategic decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
- Work closely with leadership to refine and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Train and mentor finance team members on best practices in Pigment EPM and process automation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to transform Finance processes.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Experience in FP&A, consulting, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- A strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Hands-on experience with Pigment EPM or similar Enterprise Performance Management tools e.g. Anaplan
- Proficiency in automation tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, BigQuery, SQL, Python)
- Are passionate about AI and have experience using it to automate Finance processes
- A strategic thinking mindset with the ability to break down complex financial challenges into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- A strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP), financial analysis, and reporting best practices
Although not a requirement, bonus points if you have:
- A BA/BS with concentration in Finance, Business, Economics and/or Accounting
- Experience in the crypto or financial services industry and have kept up to date with the proliferation of blockchain and crypto innovations
