As our Marketplace Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll drive the growth of our largest revenue stream – our job advertising products. You’ll be at the heart of our self-serve strategy, shaping and scaling high-impact marketing initiatives that reach our 100,000+ customers and take our marketplace revenues to the next level.

Who you’ll work with
You’ll be a key player within the Marketplace team, collaborating closely with experts in Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. Your impact will stretch across departments to directly shape the revenue-driving engine of JOIN.
What we’re looking for
We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these describe you, we’d love to talk:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within marketplace, e-commerce environments, or servicing small customers/SMBs.
✔ Proven success in running multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes
✔ Strong ability to assess campaign performance and drive improvements
✔ Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence hosting webinars
✔ Strong written communication skills in both English and German
✔ Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of objectives
Nice to Have
Background in HR tech, job boards, or advertising platforms
