The Role

As the Marketplace Manager on the Channel & Sales Enablement Team, you’ll be the strategic operator responsible for expanding QuickNode’s Marketplace—a high-impact ecosystem of developer add-ons like JSON‑RPC methods, REST APIs, and external tools that enable workflows such as DeFi, wallet management, data analytics, and more QuickNode. In this role, you’ll drive Marketplace monetization and adoption, own revenue contribution, and enable Sales teams to position add-ons effectively within enterprise and channel motions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the go-to-market playbook and revenue strategy for QuickNode’s Marketplace; drive partner-sourced pipeline, attach rates, and Marketplace revenue contribution.

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-value add-on partners across categories — e.g., DeFi tools, wallet APIs, analytics bundles, MEV protection, or AI-enhanced features.

  • Design and deliver enablement content—product sheets, playbooks, and training—for Sales and Customer Success to effectively position and bundle Marketplace add-ons.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to craft and launch joint GTM campaigns that spotlight add-ons, bundle offerings, and tiered pricing strategies.

  • Closely align with Sales segments—Web3, Web2, and Self-Service—to ensure Marketplace offerings are embedded in strategic customer conversations.

  • Track and analyze Marketplace metrics: partner onboarding velocity, attach rate to deals, usage by developer segments, bundle adoption, and contribution to revenue.

  • Act as lead liaison for partners, ensuring mutual success through clear KPIs, timely onboarding, and effective go-live coordination.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10 years in channel partnerships, sales enablement, or ecosystem growth, with direct experience building and monetizing technological marketplaces or platform add-on ecosystems.

  • Proven track record in Web3 or SaaS environments—especially where developer tools, API marketplaces, or platform extensions were core to value delivery.

  • Strong business development skills, with experience negotiating partner agreements and executing co-selling or co-marketing motions.

  • Deep familiarity with Web3 developer workflows—add-ons like JSON‑RPC, REST, external services, and bundled tool offerings that empower dApp builders.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership: ability to align Sales, Marketing, and Product cross-pollinate efforts and drive scalable partner-led revenue.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience implementing growth and performance metrics for Marketplace or partner programs.

  • Superb communication and presentation skills — capable of influencing internal stakeholders and high-value external partners.

The US base salary range and level for this position are $162,000 – $180,000 per year and level M3. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement. We consider years of experience, level of proficiency in job function, the technical competencies required and location when determining base salary ranges for positions and levels.
