Job description
As a Marketing Specialist on our Institutional Derivatives Product Marketing team, you’ll drive product growth and adoption across our institutional client base. You’ll transform complex derivatives concepts into compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with sophisticated financial audiences.
Your responsibilities will span campaign development, content creation, thought leadership programs, and event support – all designed to generate qualified leads and drive product adoption. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure our derivatives offerings are effectively positioned in the marketplace.
We’re seeking a proactive, self-starter with intellectual curiosity about financial markets and marketing strategies. Your initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and continuously learn will be key to your success.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Help develop and execute product marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and paid media for our institutional derivatives products
Collaborate with our digital marketing experts to optimize campaign performance across all channels
Work closely with the sales and product team to create sales enablement materials
Own the end-to-end production and promotion of our webinar and thought leadership programs in collaboration with the content owners
Help maintain and update product pages across cboe.com, ensuring accurate and compelling presentation of our products
Support the planning, execution, and promotion of institutional derivatives events, including managing external vendors to coordinate services such as space allocation, signage, attendee flows, food & beverage, and giveaways
Track campaign performance metrics and provide regulator reporting to key stakeholders
The ideal candidate has:
2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to financial services
Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience using marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot and Salesforce
Background in content management and digital marketing
Event marketing or coordination experience is a plus

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $59,500-$73,500. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. If you live in one of the following areas or if you work in a Cboe office in the following areas, the range may be higher according to the geographic differentials listed below:
US Geographic Differentials:
110%: Austin TX, Chicago IL, Denver CO, San Diego CA
115%: Los Angeles CA, Seattle WA
120%: Boston MA, Washington DC
125%: New York City NY
130%: San Francisco CA
Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
