What you’ll be responsible for:
This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations. In addition to collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across go-to-market, business development, partnerships, engineering, and revenue operations. You’ll play a crucial role in optimizing marketing operations to support Circle’s events and outbound sales efforts. This includes overseeing marketing technology implementation, streamlining processes for event execution, and partnering closely with the sales team to drive effective outbound marketing strategies.

What you’ll work on:

  • Act as the primary partner to the events team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing event ROI

  • Manage key technologies supporting outbound efforts, including HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerPage, Gong, and Accelevents

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of event execution and outbound sales workflows

  • Enable marketing and sales teams with tools, reporting, and processes to manage prospect pipelines, track SLAs, and support campaign execution

  • Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for event management and sales outreach

  • Maintain and optimize lead tracking, routing, and attribution processes across systems

  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to support evolving business needs

What you’ll bring to Circle:

Core Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations

  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales operations, including how CRM and marketing automation systems support go-to-market strategy

  • Experience managing and executing end-to-end lifecycle and email marketing campaigns

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience running events and outbound sales campaigns

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, including data storytelling and stakeholder communication

  • Proficiency in database management and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Requirements

  • Technical skillset with experience building automation flows and integrating tools to meet business needs

  • Familiarity with B2B revenue functions and modern go-to-market strategies

  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startup environments

  • Strong desire to learn and adopt AI technologies into marketing workflows

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 – $137,500

Additional Information:

  • This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
