Sovrun is looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of potential digital presence and content marketing synergies and strategies. This role requires someone who deeply understands social media ecosystems, knows how to grow and engage audiences, and can lead the development of high-quality, on-brand content across platforms, leading to strengthening of overall brand equity.

One who can lead the charge in shaping our voice, expanding our reach, and increasing audience engagement across social and digital channels.

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to grow and engage targeted audiences across key platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Maintain and optimize posting operations to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, responding to trends, conversations, and opportunities in real time
  • Monitor analytics and performance KPIs to iterate on what works and improve reach and engagement

Content Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end ideation, planning, and execution of multi-format content (videos, graphics, written posts, blog articles, reels, stories, etc.)
  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle—from brief and creative direction to publishing and post-analysis
  • Lead creative brainstorms, build content pipelines, and ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, and external creators/agencies as needed
  • Iterate and apply strategies that lead towards virality and trends.

Team & Workflow Management

  • Create systems and workflows for streamlined production, approval, and publishing processes
  • Strategize on deliberate and intentional task management, syncing between creative and non-creative team pipelines.

Marketing Execution & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, growth, and product initiatives.
  • Align content and social activity with broader brand and marketing goals
  • Support performance marketing and community engagement efforts when applicable
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or social media management role
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media accounts for a brand
  • Deep understanding of current social platforms, formats, trends, and best practices
  • Strong content judgment and creative instincts—can guide or produce high-impact content
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Notion, etc.) and scheduling/analytics platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Comfortable interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and making strategy adjustments
