Job Overview:

We seek a talented and highly motivated Marketing Manager to oversee our content, social, community, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, and able to self-learn new skills quickly. They will possess a strong ability to deliver high-quality results, be proactive in their approach, and have experience growing and managing communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Oversee the creation and management of content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more.

Manage and grow Levana Protocol’s presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and others.

Develop and manage a community engagement strategy that fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for our users.

Work closely with the team to monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring that key performance indicators are met or exceeded.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

Manage a team of community moderators, ensuring that they are well-supported and able to effectively address user inquiries and concerns across multiple time zones and languages.

Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners within the DeFi ecosystem.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that Levana Protocol remains at the forefront of the DeFi movement.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content, social media, community management, and growth

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong AI skills, both text and image-based

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor team members

Experience working with a remote team across multiple time zones

Ability to self-learn new skills quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Proven ability to deliver high-quality results quickly and efficiently

This is an independent contractor position, and payment will be made in crypto. The company works primarily across European time zones and expects this role to be available during regular business hours.
