We develop marketing content and execute campaigns across diverse channels—including events, websites, social, email, webinars, article posts, and more—to deliver results for all-sized businesses in Japan.
This Marketing Manager role is pivotal in crafting compelling creative assets and managing their execution to support high-impact marketing campaigns across Japan.

What You’ll Do:
The Marketing Manager is a dynamic role for candidates with strong content development and campaign execution experience. You will:
Develop and execute content for Japan marketing campaigns, focusing on events, X ads sales narratives, website landing pages, email, social media, webinars, article posts, and other channels.
Oversee the end-to-end content development and execution process, from ideation and development to execution and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Ad sales, Content partnerships, Research, Global marketing team) to align content with campaign goals and ensure seamless execution across the region and channels.
Analyze performance data to derive insights and refine creative and content strategies for future campaigns.
Ensure all creative outputs meet X’s standards for quality, consistency, and effectiveness, with a focus on global scalability

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proficient in both Japanese and English (verbal and written).
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media business, content development, or campaign execution, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Passion for delivering customer and user-focused, impactful content.
Experience with SMB or B2B marketing is a plus.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), graphic design tools, X Ads, Google Ads, or other ad managers is preferred.
