Job Description

Cboe is actively seeking a highly motivated person to fill the role of Marketing Manager, Europe. Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing, this role will largely support Cboe’s Equities Trading, Listings and Data businesses in Europe/UK, and will coordinate with the dedicated EMEA retail options marketing specialist. Experience with advertising, email, communications, events, videos, web and content partnerships is required, along with excellent written/verbal communication and creativity skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to create new multi-channel marketing initiatives, including development, implementation and measuring results.
  • Coordinate with external partners (agencies, suppliers etc.) and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
  • Manage the development and manage fulfillment of collateral and brand materials. Ensure content is regularly updated and accurate.
  • Ensure quality assurance for marketing materials and promotions.
  • Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure proper measurement of relevant KPIs for all brand partnerships and campaigns.
  • Draft and develop branded email communications and distribution campaigns. Maintain and enhance the campaigns and CRM reporting via Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Manage event & sponsorship marketing efforts including planning, execution and follow up.
  • Coordinate regional webinar and event logistics, collaborating with partner broker dealers and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Brand, Sponsorship, and Media Production.
  • Liaise with Design team to manage implementation of content & campaign materials.
  • Work directly with web developers to maintain websites with approved up-to-date materials and content.
  • Manage social media strategy and support its execution, in co-ordination with the EU Communications Lead
  • Manage the development of video content with both the internal studio team & external vendors
  • Help to maintain and continuously define company brand presence within the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Experience with advertising campaigns, event planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical background.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator a plus.
  • Experience in marketing material preparation from brainstorming new initiatives through implementation.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for occasional meetings during U.S. and APAC hours may be necessary.
