Role Overview:
As our Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative, presence and growth trajectory in the competitive perpetuals exchange landscape. You’ll combine deep crypto market knowledge with data-driven marketing expertise to build our brand, attract traders, and cultivate an engaged community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, data, and customer profiles to develop and implement effective marketing and growth strategies.
- Drive trader acquisition through innovative growth marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Work with CMs to build, nurture, and manage an engaged cryptocurrency community across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and actively engage with crypto Twitter and other relevant communities to increase brand visibility.
- Create compelling content that resonates with crypto enthusiasts and traders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex blockchain concepts into accessible, engaging content.
- Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Stay current with industry developments and integrate emerging trends into marketing strategies.
- Building a scalable and focussed marketing function.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/growth roles at exchanges or crypto protocols.
- Proven track record of building and growing online communities.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading mechanisms, and blockchain fundamentals.
- Experience working at early-stage startups and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using data to inform strategy and decisions.
- Active participation in crypto communities and professional networks.
- In-depth knowledge of recent protocol launches and successful go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
