Responsibilities:
– Community engagement and moderation across Global (EN) Telegram, Reddit, and Discord
– Building and executing a strategy to drive community growth and engagement
– Planning and execution of online campaigns and events
– Recording complaints/concerns of the members, and addressing them
– Support of local bybit communities and ambassador management
– Planning and executing marketing campaigns
– Collecting users’ feedback and improvements proposals
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years experience in community management
– Crypto and crypto trading knowledge, strong interest, and passion for crypto
– Knowledge of Telegram, Discord, and Reddit tools
– Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
– Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team
– Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflict
