About This Role

The Manufacturing Sourcer plays a critical role in scaling Crusoe’s teams by identifying and recruiting top talent across various corporate and technical functions. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies, building collaborative relationships with hiring managers, and spearheading candidate outreach. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to quickly and effectively attract the best and brightest professionals, accelerating Crusoe’s mission and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business landscape and a proven ability to identify and attract top talent in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies specifically tailored for corporate and technical roles across the organization.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and align sourcing efforts.

  • Candidate Outreach & Management: Conduct high-volume candidate outreach, including initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and actively managing the entire candidate experience with professionalism and transparency.

  • Channel Diversity: Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, professional networking events, and employee referral programs.

  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience against job requirements and Crusoe’s values.

  • Offer Collaboration: Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate the offer process and successfully close candidates.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting.

  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends in sourcing methodologies and platforms.

  • Recruiting Success: A proven ability to successfully source and recruit top talent in competitive markets.

  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Work Ethic: The ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and performing effectively under pressure.

Bonus Points

  • Experience sourcing for manufacturing, electrical engineering, or data center-related roles.

  • Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools (e.g., Gem, SeekOut, etc.).

  • Experience in a high-growth or startup technology environment.

Compensation

Compensation will be paid in the range of $70,000 – $80,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
