About the role
We are seeking a Manager of Implementation Services to provide operational and functional leadership, focused on scaling our delivery capabilities, driving operational excellence, and developing the team. You will be responsible for leading a team of implementation professionals, while owning operational responsibilities crucial for day-to-day management of the Implementation Services team and strategic initiatives that are critical to our company’s growth.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, refining delivery methodologies to expedite customer time-to-value, and acting as a key point of accountability for both team success and strategic outcomes that drive LogicGate’s operational growth and maturity.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $110,000 – $135,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
