Founded by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni, and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, PeepalCo’s products include CoinSwitch and Lemonn. The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures.

PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, Lemonn will be housed under PeepalCo.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the tech team to lead recognition and engagement initiatives, tailoring them to suit the unique dynamics of the team.

  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, while nurturing a positive and supportive work environment

  • Regularly connect with employees individually, conduct skip-level meetings, and organize town hall gatherings.

  • Oversee and drive recognition & reward programs as well as engagement initiatives for various business units.

  • Coordinate and execute employee surveys, and develop action plans for respective units and functions.

  • Take charge of the HR Management System processes and ensure their smooth functioning.

  • Lead learning and development endeavours to fuel the growth of business units.

  • Organise performance review sessions and provide support during compensation review cycles for business units and tech teams.

What You Should Have

  • Possessing 5+ years of core HRBP experience managing multiple tech teams.

  • Extensive expertise in Learning & Development and executing Performance Enhancement Programs.

  • Proven experience within a fast-paced product organization.

  • Proficient in HR Analytics, capable of measuring attrition rates, establishing success metrics related to employee engagement, generating pulse reports, and demonstrating a proactive approach.

  • Adept at handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
