Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in financial markets and fund operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience across the full operational lifecycle of fund management, including both traditional securities and digital assets. This individual will play a critical role in launching new Securitize funds and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of each product.
Key Responsibilities Fund Launch Coordination
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for all operational tasks related to launching new funds.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—including transfer agent, fund administrator, legal, and marketing teams—to coordinate workflows and timelines.
- Facilitate execution of engagement agreements with third-party service providers such as auditors and tax advisors.
- Lead the setup of accounts for banking, digital asset custody, and fiat/crypto conversion partners.
Ongoing Fund Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to fund performance and operational matters.
Review and validate deliverables prepared by the fund administrator to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Approve and monitor banking and digital asset transactions, ensuring proper controls are followed.
- Maintain consistent data and record alignment between the fund administrator and transfer agent.
- Oversee and approve token issuance (minting) and redemption (burning) activities managed by the transfer agent.
- Coordinate audit processes, tax reporting, and regulatory filings with relevant third parties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund operations within hedge fund, private equity, or fund administration environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in both traditional and digital asset fund structures, including tokenized investment vehicles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and reporting capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a polished and professional presence in stakeholder interactions.
- Practical knowledge of cryptocurrency operations and tokenization workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include CPA, CFA, or MBA, though not required.
