We are looking for a rockstar Manager / Sr Manager – Marketing for our early team to join and lead the finance function. You will work directly alongside the Founders in developing the tax structuring and legal compliances for the startup. We can assure you that this learning will be unparalleled. Roles and responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reportingParticipate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requestsManage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Liaise with external partners, like accounting firms, and ensure legal compliance
Experience
Qualified CA from ICAI
3-7 years of experience in a startup or fast growing company
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Good understanding of Indian tax laws and company regulations and compliances
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
