Responsibilities
- Department Rotation: Actively participate in rotations across four departmentsโBusiness, Product, Technology, and Compliance/Operations/Legal/Riskโspending six months in each.
- Actively participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
- Present findings and recommendations to management after each rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree fresh graduate in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Legal, or a related field.
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the digital payments industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup environment.
