What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end retention strategy across lifecycle, CRM, and in-product messaging for Polymarket’s US App and Polymarket.com

  • Build and optimize email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns to drive repeat trading and frequency

  • Design lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and win-back

  • Partner closely with product, data, and growth to test retention levers (UX, incentives, content, timing)

  • Define and track core metrics (D1/D7/D30 retention, frequency, cohort LTV) and turn insights into action

  • Run fast, data-driven experiments to increase engagement around key events, markets, and moments

  • Weekly reporting to both product and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing of a consumer app

  • Experience owning retention across web + mobile

  • Strong analytical instincts—comfortable working with cohorts, funnels, and experimentation

  • Clear communicator who can move quickly in a high-velocity, event-driven product

  • Bonus: experience with trading, OSBs, crypto, or real-time marketplaces
