The Legal team at Chainalysis advises both internal and external stakeholders on the forefront of cryptocurrency and its constantly evolving regulatory landscape. Our job is to ensure the company continues its rapid growth by employing sound and efficient judgment to support operations around the company and influence a groundbreaking industry as it matures and becomes more widely adopted.
As Legal Operations Manager, you will be the key legal partner to the rest of the legal team, procurement, and business systems and be responsible for managing legal operations, as well as providing contracts management support.
In this role, you’ll:
Implement new legal tooling and improve the use of existing software, including our CLM solution, DocuSign, and outside counsel management solutions
Build and implement contract and vendor management systems, creating standardized workflows and developing procurement policies
Manage the intake, initial review, and storage of NDA’s, vendor agreements, and internal legal documents
Become a key partner to the Rev Ops organization in improving the RFP/bid process
Oversee and improve legal lead vetting of customers and prospects
Identify best in class legal operations initiatives
Prioritize a relentless focus on internal client and external customer satisfaction, while promoting scalable processes and procedures
Be a team player and become a trusted partner to other areas of the business
We’re looking for candidates who have:
Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
Meaningful experience managing legal tools and process workflows
Deep understanding of relevant documentation across all legal functions
Judgment to anticipate and mitigate risk, and to know when and how to escalate issues
Proven ability to own tasks and work independently, as well as collaborate with others across the company
An independent, patient, and thoughtful demeanor while being adept at managing shifting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Nice to have experience:
You are familiar with or have an interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry

Compensation Range: $140K – $200K
