Your internship adventure includes:
Gaining hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing B2B contracts (primarily in English), and supporting real legal workflows in a dynamic, international environment.
Assisting with compliance research related to marketing practices, payment structures, and crypto regulation.
Contributing to projects involving intellectual property, including brand protection and IP rights management.
Exploring and analyzing Ukrainian legal frameworks, with a focus on CFC (Controlled Foreign Corporation) regulations.
Learning how legal teams support the operations of crypto projects, centralized exchanges, and Web3 startups.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to real legal challenges, and growing in a fast-paced, tech-driven space.
Who are you:
You’re curious and motivated, with a strong interest in contract law, especially in a B2B and tech-forward environment.
You have a general understanding of compliance topics, particularly around marketing and payment regulations.
You’re familiar with the basics of intellectual property law and are excited to see how it applies in real-world scenarios.
You’re interested in or have some experience working with Ukrainian law, especially around Controlled Foreign Corporation (CFC) tax rules.
You understand (or are eager to learn) how centralized exchanges (CEX) and crypto projects operate from a legal standpoint.
You’re a quick learner with strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
You’re fluent in English — both spoken and written — and comfortable working with contracts and legal documents in English.
