As a Legal Intern for BitGo, Inc., you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic legal team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology and financial services environment.This will be an onsite position in our NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial & Contract Review: Play a key role in reviewing, redlining, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements. This includes, but isn’t limited to, SaaS contracts, custodial services agreements, trading agreements, and NDAs. You’ll gain extensive exposure to the legal intricacies of our business operations
- Regulatory Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on complex domestic and international regulatory issues affecting the intersection of financial services, technology, and cryptocurrency. Your work will directly support our team in navigating the evolving legal landscape.
- Corporate Governance Support: Assist with various corporate governance tasks, helping to maintain legal compliance and operational integrity.
Qualifications:
- Technology & Crypto Enthusiasm: A demonstrated passion or keen interest in technology law, financial services, and cryptocurrency is a significant advantage.
- Financial Services Experience: Prior experience with a regulated financial services firm is a plus.

- Educational Background: Enrollment in an accredited law school, having successfully completed your 2nd year.

- Interpersonal Abilities: The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in a professional office or corporate setting, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
