Role:Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and support on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of crypto investments, venture capital investments, M&A transactions and other general corporate matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance on strategic business initiatives and projects.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends to ensure the company’s practices align with current regulations.
  • Handle legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, with exposure to venture capital transactions and financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations, and contract law.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of providing sound legal advice and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
