Job Summary:
As a L&D Team Leader/Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of training programs, managing trainer resources, optimizing training processes, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance employee development. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to ensure the successful delivery of impactful training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Management
- Execute annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans.
- Manage the full lifecycle of training projects
- Ensure seamless execution of training activities to meet organizational objectives.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze training-related data
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Prepare regular training reports and update stakeholders on program progress and outcomes.
3. Trainer Coordination
- Manage internal trainers, enhancing their teaching quality and course delivery skills.
4. Process Optimization
- Organize and archive training materials
- Enhance the standardization and structure of training processes
Requirements:
1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education Management, Business, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in training operations or related roles.
- Prior experience in large-scale corporate training operations or the Web3 industry is an advantage.
3. Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong capabilities in data analysis and courseware development.
- Hosting or training facilitation experience is a plus.
4. Core Competencies
- Passionate about training and professional development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and execution abilities.
- A proactive learner with an innovative mindset to continuously improve training operations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
