About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR to join our Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management team. In this role, you will drive headcount planning, strategic hiring initiatives, and onboarding for senior leadership (P8 & above). You will work closely with BU Heads, TA teams, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process and long-term talent planning.

Key Responsibilities

Headcount Planning & Workforce Strategy

  • Collaborate with BU Heads to align on quarterly/half-yearly headcount (HC) planning and hiring priorities.
  • Optimize job descriptions, salary benchmarking, and job leveling based on business needs.
  • Track HC utilization and work with TA to monitor hiring bottlenecks & difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Provide insights on long-term talent forecasting and workforce strategies.

Cultural Fit & Talent Assessment

  • Conduct culture interviews to ensure alignment with company values.
  • Track new hires’ performance within the first 3-6 months and refine culture assessment criteria.
  • Share trial period attrition insights to help improve hiring decisions.

Senior Executive Onboarding & Integration (P8 & Above)

  • Facilitate pre-onboarding engagement to ensure smooth transitions for new senior hires.
  • Arrange 1:1 onboarding meetings with Workforce Management, BU Heads, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement the Buddy (Bybuddy) program for better integration into company culture.
  • Conduct 30/60/90-day follow-ups to assess new leaders’ adaptation and team collaboration.

Job requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning.
  • Strong expertise in headcount planning, hiring strategy, and executive onboarding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & business acumen.
  • Ability to analyze hiring trends and provide strategic talent insights.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
