THE WORK:
Lead a critical team in fighting financial crime at the forefront. As Lead Product Manager for Financial Crimes Technology at Ripple, you will define and drive strategy and execution for our Financial Crimes Engineering team, operating at the intersection of platform product development, vendor integration, and global compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own and develop the strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for our compliance technology suite.
- Use a deep understanding of the technical, operational, and regulatory needs to help define platform services that support our full product suite.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and compliance, to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and find world-class vendors to help augment our in-house capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proven experience in financial technology or crypto companies, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
- Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
- Strong compliance or risk experience and a keen curiosity about blockchain, as well as knowledge of Ripple, its ecosystem, and where the market is headed.
- Technical competence and understanding.
- Capability to comprehend both business needs and technical requirements, and collaborate across a diverse collaborator network.
- Motivated by intellectual challenges and driven by a spirit to win in the market.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$200,000—$250,000 USD
