We’re looking for our Lead Compensation and Benefits to join our team and build the foundations of our global total rewards. This is a new role in the company and we are looking for someone to bring their strategic expertise and help us build a structured approach of total rewards from base salary banding, long-term incentives plans and bring clarity and alignment to our OSA/BSPCE programs. - Assess and recommend incentive frameworks, from bonus to equity programs, for different levels and functions.
- Support and potentially lead, alongside HRBP’s and the Finance team, the annual compensation and bonus cycle, including; budget planning, rationale and leadership calibration.
