  • 负责区域用户社群(Discord/Telegram)的运营与管理,通过社群互动转化潜在机会。
  • 积极研究并对接潜在合作伙伴,优化协作机制,成为合作伙伴的首要联络人。
  • 从客户和竞争对手数据中识别商业机会,并就产品改进提出符合市场预期的方案。
  • 与市场营销及其他内部团队协调,策划并执行商务提案及用户激活活动。

About The Role

Davion Labs is currently looking to hire an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join ApeX Protocol.

ApeX Protocol is a leading decentralized exchange (DEX) platform dedicated to providing users with a seamless, efficient and secure trading experience in crypto market. With a focus on innovation and user empowerment, ApeX Protocol aims to redefine the decentralized trading landscape through its cutting-edge technology and comprehensive product offerings.

The latest product, ApeX Omni (v2), brings multi-chain liquidity, a flexible, user-first design, and top-tier security with zero-knowledge proofs, making trading safer and more efficient for everyone.

The Business Development Manager will be supporting the ApeX team in identifying and pursuing B2B opportunities, improving brand recognition and promoting financial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies for targeted markets, focusing on driving platform activity and financial performance.
  • Identify and establish long-term partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and relevant institutions to consistently expand the user base.
  • Oversee the operation and management of regional user communities (Discord/Telegram), converting community engagement into tangible growth opportunities.
  • Proactively research and onboard potential partners, optimizing collaboration frameworks and serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify business opportunities through customer and competitor data analysis, providing strategic recommendations for product enhancements to meet market demands.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to design and execute business proposals and user activation campaigns.

Qualifications

【Basic Requirements】

  • Associate degree or above; all majors are welcome, though Business Management or Marketing is preferred.
  • A deep interest in and unique perspective on the Web3 industry. We welcome high-potential newcomers and provide professional mentorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (working proficiency required).
  • Strong potential in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving; proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Comfortable with remote work environment; highly self-disciplined, responsible, and capable of self-driving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with partners and key industry figures as business needs arise.

【Preferred Plus】

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the Crypto or Financial sectors.
  • Active presence on social platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, or Discord, with existing KOL resources or agent collaboration backgrounds.
  • Deep familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and a strong understanding of social media traffic logic.
