Role Overview:

As a Junior Project Manager/PM Assistant at Everstake, you’ll have the opportunity to kick-start your career in one of the most exciting and fast-growing areas of tech — blockchain infrastructure and Web3. We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and organized individual who’s eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of meaningful work from day one.

Requirements

• Experience with task and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt project strategies and workflows as needed.
• Ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and clarify project requirements.
• Define clear project objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Translate business needs into technical documentation and specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery at each stage.
• Monitor progress, track key deliverables, and report on project status.
• Coordinate quality assurance and testing activities to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Nice to Have

• 6+ months of experience in a Project Manager or similar coordination role.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with blockchain technologies or Web3 projects.
