Job Description

Our Product team serves as the vital link between client needs and market-leading functionality. Working closely with clients, we identify, shape, and deliver solutions that enable the world’s leading neobanks, hedge funds, and asset managers to achieve both their immediate goals and long-term ambitions. We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Product Manager to take initiatives from concept through to launch. This is a rare opportunity for someone with the vision and determination to help design, plan, and build an industry-defining platform that is transforming how institutions trade. In this role, you will have broad responsibility across the platform and thrive on collaboration — working with engineering, sales, client delivery, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to bring innovative, market-leading solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the development and delivery of innovative platform capabilities, working closely with senior product managers, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to product ownership across assigned platform areas, helping to maintain clear priorities and well-defined roadmaps for key verticals.
  • Assist in creating product specifications, ensuring they are well-researched, detailed, and considerate of the unique challenges of the crypto ecosystem.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product enhancements and ensure features meet — and exceed — client expectations.
  • Engage with clients regularly to capture feedback, identify trends, and gather insights that shape future product direction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality solutions that meet institutional standards.
  • Support execution of product strategy, working with developers to ensure smooth delivery from concept through to launch.
  • Translate business requirements into product features by gathering, refining, and documenting user needs.
  • Assist with product prioritisation and coordinate actions across teams to drive results.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and help manage enhancements, bug fixes, and client issues.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on product developments, market trends, and key differentiators to support product marketing.

Qualifications/Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with product management principles
  • Experience gathering and documenting user requirements and translating them into clear specifications.
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.

  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset — proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and client teams.

Desirable Skills

  • 1–2 years’ experience in product management, business analysis, client-facing technology, or a related role (internships and placements count).
