Who We Are:
At Dria, we’re building a distributed, crowdsourced hyperscaler—a movement led by everyday people that unlocks faster, more affordable inference for everyone.
Dria powers scalable, high-performance inference across diverse CPU and GPU platforms. Our mission is to deliver accessible, cutting-edge performance anytime, anywhere. We’re developing an inference engine optimized for heterogeneous devices, along with an open-source, crowdsourced AI inference SDK tailored for distributed AI workloads.
Our research is focused on delivering high-quality AI for 8 billion unique lives, with an emphasis on compilers, sharding, peer-to-peer networks, CPU/GPU inference, and data generation.
About the Job:
As a Junior Process Manager, you’ll take a hands-on role in shaping the growth and cohesion of the team. You’ll lead headhunting efforts for key hires, ensuring we bring in high-caliber talent aligned with our mission. You’ll manage open job postings, carefully screen candidates, create and maintain job descriptions, and ensure each hiring pipeline is progressing smoothly. You’ll track hiring needs across teams, proactively flagging gaps and opportunities.
Beyond hiring, you’ll play a pivotal role in team well-being and morale, running regular meetings with individual team members to understand how they’re doing and what they need to thrive. You’ll own onboarding and offboarding culture reports, helping us learn and improve from every transition. From organizing culture events to personalizing birthday gifts and identifying what truly motivates each team member, you’ll help make Dria a place where people feel seen, supported, and excited to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring & Talent
- Lead end-to-end hiring, from crafting job descriptions and sourcing high-caliber candidates to managing interviews, offers, and onboarding.

- Maintain, update, and optimize job posts across relevant platforms and our website.
- Track and manage hiring processes, collaborating with team leads to identify hiring needs before they arise.
- People & Culture
- Run bi-monthly pulse checks with each team member to assess morale, gather feedback, and identify areas of support or growth.
- Create and manage onboarding and offboarding reports focused on the cultural experience and team integration.
- Plan and co-create company culture events—both async and live—to build connections and shared identity across time zones.
- Take the initiative to get to know the team personally—organizing thoughtful gestures like birthday gifts and identifying individual motivators and incentives.
- Champion a culture of transparency, inclusion, and purpose, helping us scale without losing what makes Dria special.
- Keep accurate and compliant employee records, coordinating with legal and finance as needed for international hires and contractors.
- Support performance reviews, internal communication, and other core people systems.
- Contribute to brand development through storytelling and candidate experience.
