As a Junior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver timely, relevant, and personalized communications to our users. You’ll support the planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messages, working closely with senior team members to improve engagement and retention. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the creation and deployment of lifecycle campaigns, including email, push, and IAMs — from setting up briefs to scheduling and QA.
- Content Support: Work with the team to develop and localize copy, test variations, and ensure alignment with our brand voice and goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and support the team in analyzing results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lifecycle Journey Support: Help map and maintain user journeys and flows, ensuring content and triggers remain up to date and relevant.
- Platform Management: Assist with building and maintaining workflows in the CRM platform and ensuring campaign accuracy through testing and QA.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product teams, and data analysts to help deliver high-quality, targeted messages that improve user experience.
- Personalization & Segmentation: Support audience segmentation efforts and help tailor content based on behavioral or lifecycle stage data.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in CRM, retention, or email marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing environment.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with at least one CRM platform (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, or similar) and basic understanding of campaign workflows and automation.
- Analytical Curiosity: Comfortable working with campaign performance data and open to learning tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau.
- AI & Innovation Awareness: Interest in AI-driven marketing tools and a curiosity for exploring innovative ways to enhance personalization and automation.
- Creative Input: An eye for good copy and design, with a willingness to contribute ideas and test different approaches.
- Team Player: Experience working cross-functionally and a collaborative mindset when interacting with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and ensure high attention to detail in all campaign work.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and improve, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and testing new ideas.
