As our Junior Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in accelerating our user acquisition and growth. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and GTM Engineering, your mission will be to manage multi-channel campaigns, design experiments, and optimise funnels. From running Google Ads to building A/B tests and dashboards, your work will directly impact how JOIN grows and scales.

Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and GTM Engineering team, as well as colleagues in Product and Creative. Your insights and experiments will help us scale campaigns efficiently and drive measurable growth.
What we’re looking for
We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:
✔ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
✔ Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
✔ Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Segment, or similar tools.
✔ Ability to design, run, and interpret A/B tests independently.
✔ Proficiency in building dashboards and working with performance metrics.
✔ Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, attribution modelling, or multi-touch tracking.
✔ Bonus: copywriting skills in German and English. Nice to have: French and Spanish.
