Role Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll support our design team in creating visually compelling designs that resonate across digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of cross geography design aesthetics and an appreciation for localization in multi-language environments. You’ll be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to the team, working on various projects, and supporting brand consistency across our diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate closely with senior designers to develop engaging visuals for a wide range of platforms, including social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, presentations, and print materials.

– Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs, while contributing creative ideas to elevate the brand.

Assist with localization efforts to tailor designs for specific European and APAC markets.

– Provide feedback and input on design concepts, staying updated on design trends to keep our visuals relevant and appealing.

– Contribute to Adobe Workfront processes to support project tracking and workflow optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

– 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer (internships or freelance work will be considered).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint and other design software.

– Knowledge of Figma or similar design collaboration tools is a plus.

Impeccable attention to detail, with an understanding of European/APAC design aesthetics and an ability to adapt designs for multiple languages and cultural preferences.

– Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms.

– Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or other project management tools is a plus.

– Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European or Asia Pacific languages is highly advantageous.
