We are looking for a Junior Designer to deliver high-quality, on-brand visual assets in a remote environment. You’ll be working directly with the Design and Marketing teams at LI.FI and Jumper, helping shape how we show up across social channels and community platforms.
Create visually compelling assets for LI.FI and Jumper across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Discord
Translate ideas and briefs into engaging visual content that follows our brand language
Communicate your ideas through high-quality concepts and prototypes
Use tools like Figma (and others if needed) to design social media graphics, event promos, and marketing visuals
Collaborate with marketing, community, and design stakeholders to ensure alignment and creative quality
Contribute to the continuous evolution of our visual identity in the Web3 space
1–3 years of experience in graphic or marketing design
Experience in animation (or familiarity with animation tools) is a plus
Strong eye for composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
Skilled in Figma and comfortable working with brand libraries and design systems
Previous work creating digital/social media assets
Crypto/Web3 familiarity is a bonus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment
Open to learning, growing, and trying new formats or creative approaches
