About Midas

Midas is pioneering the future of asset tokenization by offering exposure to institutional-grade securities and structured products onchain – accessible, global, and compliant. Co-founded by former investment professional Dennis Dinkelmeyer and seasoned serial entrepreneur Fabrice Grinda, Midas aims to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance.

Your Key Responsibilities

In Business Operations at Midas, you will partner directly with our leadership across product, operations, and finance to own and optimize mission-critical processes. You will help scale the company’s operational engine, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support daily business operations and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Maintain and improve internal administrative processes, workflows, and documentation
  • Support in organization of company offsites, team events and travel Support new hires onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access, equipment setup, and documentation
  • Process invoices and prepare required materials for external tax advisors
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, expense management, and financial record keeping
  • Support KYB/KYC onboarding with service partners across multiple Midas entities and jurisdictions
  • Support internal knowledge management by maintaining and expanding our internal business and operations documentation
  • Help introduce and roll out new internal tools and processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or a related field – preferred but not required
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, office management, administrative roles, or event coordination
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Based in Berlin
  • Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, tokenization, or Web3 is a strong plus
