We are an international team of ambitious professionals united by a passion for innovation and efficiency. We are currently looking for a Junior Business Development Manager – Onboarding Specialist to strengthen our BizDev team and take ownership of the full partner onboarding cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding processes with final partners (providers, banks, financial institutions).
- Collect and verify onboarding documentation and distribute related tasks among internal teams (compliance, legal, bizdev, finance).
- Monitor deadlines, maintain records, and systematize documentation throughout the onboarding process.
- Communicate with partners.
- Provide support to the BizDev team with additional tasks (communication with teams and vendors, handling operational requests).
Who we’re looking for:
- Fluent Russian and strong English (Intermediate+ or higher) for business communication with partners.
- Prior industry experience is not required, but any background in administrative tasks, operations, or compliance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to organize processes, track statuses, and deliver results.
- Proactive, systematic approach and readiness to take responsibility.
